benchmark compile times

Goal 

Compare rustc and cranelift compile times.

cargo add webrtc
 Did not solve the problem.
sudo xcode-select --switch /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer
sudo xcodebuild -license accept
 
Solution
Install:
Xcode 15.2, command line tools for Xcode 15.2
